What we collect

When you request an audit, the form collects your name, work email, company, role, and roughly how many I-9s you have, plus anything optional you choose to add (state, industry, whether you use E-Verify, and a message). We use it only to reply to you and set up your audit.

How your request reaches us

The form is delivered to our inbox by email through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. We don't sell or share your details.

Your I-9 files

• Send only the I-9 pages, with Social Security numbers blacked out. We don't need copies of IDs.
• Files go into a private Google Drive folder set up just for your company.
• They are reviewed by our founder, who works from outside the United States.
• We delete them when your report is delivered, and confirm that in writing.
• We never put them into AI tools, share them, or sell them.

Analytics

We count page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or track you across sites. The page's font is loaded from Google Fonts, which, like any web server, sees your IP address.

Deleting your details

Email parvez.web.designs@gmail.com at any time and we'll delete what we have about you.
